We invest in multiple asset classes and geographies and currently maintain a portfolio valued at over $750 MM.
Our current focus is on the acquisition of the following property types:
- Multifamily – 100-300 unit, Class A and B properties in top 30 MSAs
- Healthcare – including assisted living and specialty skilled care
- Business Parks – multi-tenant light industrial business parks located in top 30 MSAs nationwide.

Pomeroy Management Inc., the asset and property management unit of Pomeroy Investment Corporation, consists of a team of seasoned, professional property managers with significant experience managing multiple property types and asset classes. Our property management group employs:
- Centralized accounting for multiple property types and asset classes
- Institutional-level reporting processes and procedures
- Timely, professional and responsive support, including a "24/7" answering service for after-hours emergencies
- Focus on operating efficiency, including thorough analysis of tax and expense issues
- Construction management services
