Keith J. Pomeroy Chairman Keith J. Pomeroy founded Pomeroy Investment Corporation, the predecessor to PRS Equities. Mr. Pomeroy has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry and serves as the Company's Chairman. After graduating from law school, Mr. Pomeroy began his real estate career as a commercial broker. He soon gravitated to acquisitions, development, ownership, and management of multifamily, industrial, office, retail and hotel projects. Under his direction the Company and its affiliates have developed, acquired and sold in excess of $2 billion worth of commercial real estate. Presently, directly or indirectly, Mr. Pomeroy controls over $750 million of investment property. He is also a founding investor in Eclipse Aviation Corporation, a leading developer of state-of-the-art light jet aircraft. Mr. Pomeroy is a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He received a BS and JD from Wayne State University. Gerald F. Reinhart President | CEO Gerald F. Reinhart joined PRS Equities Limited as its President and CEO in 1998. Under the direction of Mr. Reinhart, the company, in partnership with institutional investors, has acquired in excess of $300 million of real estate in such asset classes as hospitality, multi-family (including condominium conversions), office, industrial, retail and telecommunications parks, as well as investments in manufacturing and aviation. He is also a founding investor in Eclipse Aviation Corporation, a leading developer of state-of-the-art light jet aircraft. Mr. Reinhart was previously a shareholder in the commercial law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, where he focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, complex real estate transactions, taxation and risk management. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Reinhart was a certified public accountant with the Detroit office of Coopers and Lybrand (now known as PriceWaterhouseCoopers). He is a member of the Real Property, Business Law and Aviation Sections of the American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a licensed commercial builder and real estate broker. Mr. Reinhart received a BS from Michigan State University and a JD from Wayne State University. Stefan P. Stration Vice-President Stefan P. Stration has been associated with PRS Equities Limited since 1995 and its Vice-President since 1998. In that capacity, he heads acquisition, finance, disposition, and construction management activities for the Company. Since his tenure with PRS Equities Limited, portfolio asset value has more than doubled while averaging greater than 20% annual return on equity over a wide range of real estate and strategic business investments. Mr. Stration sits on the City Center Advisory Committee for the City of Southfield, is a Board Member of Midwest Aviation, and is a member of several organizations including the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, Health Care Association of Michigan, and Institute of Real Estate Management. Prior to joining PRS Equities, Mr. Stration was the director of senior living investment sales at The Hayman Company. Mr. Stration received his BA from The College of Holy Cross located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Derek S. Adolf Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer Derek S. Adolf joined PRS Equities Limited as its Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in June of 2005. Mr. Adolf reports to the Chief Executive Officer, and manages and directs the company's internal operations, organization and reporting functions. Mr. Adolf also participates in the company's strategic planning efforts and acquisition endeavors. Prior to joining PRS Equities Limited, Mr. Adolf was a shareholder in Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, a commercial law firm located in the Detroit metropolitan area. While at Jaffe, Mr. Adolf specialized in complex business transactions and general corporate and commercial law. At various times, he also served as the chairman of the firm's business transactions practice group, and as one of its officers and directors. Mr. Adolf is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association. Mr. Adolf is a graduate of the University of Michigan, from which he received a B.S.E. (Computer Engineering) in 1987, and a J.D. and an M.B.A. in 1992. Jeffrey L. Forman Director of Asset and Property Management Jeffrey L. Forman joined PRS Equities Limited as its Director of Asset and Property Management in the fall of 1999. His responsibilities include overseeing the asset and property management and leasing of PRS Equities Limited properties, and assisting in acquisition and financing activities. Mr. Forman was previously a shareholder in the Detroit-based commercial law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, where he established a practice in securities and real estate, focusing primarily on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of hotel, industrial, office, and retail properties and representation of real estate investment trusts (REITs). He is a member of the Michigan and Florida State Bar Associations. Mr. Forman received a BBA and JD from the University of Michigan.
