Keith J. Pomeroy
Chairman

Keith J. Pomeroy founded Pomeroy Investment Corporation, the predecessor to PRS Equities. Mr. Pomeroy has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry and serves as the Company's Chairman. After graduating from law school, Mr. Pomeroy began his real estate career as a commercial broker. He soon gravitated to acquisitions, development, ownership, and management of multifamily, industrial, office, retail and hotel projects. Under his direction the Company and its affiliates have developed, acquired and sold in excess of $2 billion worth of commercial real estate. Presently, directly or indirectly, Mr. Pomeroy controls over $750 million of investment property and is a member of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He received a BS and JD from Wayne State University.


Stefan P. Stration
President

Stefan P. Stration has been associated with PRS Equities Limited since 1995 and its Vice-President since 1998. In that capacity, he heads acquisition, finance, disposition, and construction management activities for the Company. Since his tenure with PRS Equities Limited, portfolio asset value has more than doubled while averaging greater than 20% annual return on equity over a wide range of real estate and strategic business investments. Mr. Stration sits on the City Center Advisory Committee for the City of Southfield, is a Board Member of Midwest Aviation, and is a member of several organizations including the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, Health Care Association of Michigan, and Institute of Real Estate Management. Prior to joining PRS Equities, Mr. Stration was the director of senior living investment sales at The Hayman Company. Mr. Stration received his BA from The College of Holy Cross located in Worcester, Massachusetts.


Jeffrey L. Forman
Director of Asset and Property Management

Jeffrey L. Forman joined PRS Equities Limited as its Director of Asset and Property Management in the fall of 1999. His responsibilities include overseeing the asset and property management and leasing of PRS Equities Limited properties, and assisting in acquisition and financing activities. Mr. Forman was previously a shareholder in the Detroit-based commercial law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, where he established a practice in securities and real estate, focusing primarily on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of hotel, industrial, office, and retail properties and representation of real estate investment trusts (REITs). He is a member of the Michigan and Florida State Bar Associations. Mr. Forman received a BBA and JD from the University of Michigan.

Jason Miller
Investment Analyst and Senior Asset Manager

Jason Miller joined PRS Equities Limited as an Investment Analyst in 2006.  In 2008, Mr. Miller also assumed the role of Senior Asset Manager for several of PRS Equities Limited's office and mixed-use properties.  He maintains responsibility for evaluating and underwriting potential commercial real estate acquisitions, assisting in the refinancing of existing assets, participating in due diligence activities, and assisting in business development initiatives.  Mr. Miller began his career in 2001 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Duff & Phelps LLC, an Investment Banking firm in Chicago, where he was involved in all aspects of Duff & Phelps’ Financial Advisory Services practice, including valuation, fairness opinion, and strategic advisory engagements for middle-market companies across many industries.  Mr. Miller is a member of the Board of Directors of the Furniture Bank of Southeastern Michigan, an Advisory Board Member of the Anti-Defamation League’s Michigan Regional Office, and serves as a member of the Great Lakes Angels investor group and the Young Leadership Group of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the University of Michigan, from which he received a BBA in 2001 and an MBA in 2006.
