The Company has been an owner of select hospitality properties for over 12 years. The marquee hotel property is The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Michigan, a four diamond preferred hotel in the premier urban/suburban submarket of Metro Detroit.

Light Industrial Business Parks:
PRS Equities Limited has been a major developer and owner of light industrial business parks for 25 years. The assets range from free standing credit-tenant net lease to premiere full-service multi-tenant business parks. The cornerstone of the Company's success is its emphasis on tenant relations.

Multi-Family:
The Company has been an owner, developer and manager of multi-family properties for over 30 years with an emphasis on suburban garden-style properties in upper middle markets.

Condominium Conversion Projects:
PRS Equities Limited has maintained an active condominium conversion program for over 10 years with a broad range of experience in product types, construction complexities and price ranges. During that period, we have converted over 800 apartment units to condominiums. The Company's condominium conversion program involves sales, marketing, design, architectural, operational management and construction management.

Mixed-Use Developments:
The Company has recently been active in the acquisition, development and redevelopment of suburban and urban infill mixed-use properties. As a strong believer in the continued trend toward live/work/play environments, PRS Equities has leveraged its diverse asset experience to focus on this complex and emerging property type.

Senior Living Facilities:
For over 20 years PRS Equities Limited has been an active developer, owner and operator of a wide range of senior living facilities including assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, homes for the aged and specialty closed-head injury centers.

Retail Centers:
The Company has been an active owner of retail centers for over 15 years with a focus on infill, non-traditional centers positioned for redevelopment or alternative uses.
