REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

PRS Development is the real estate development division of PRS Equities Limited. PRS Development and its partners have acquired and/or developed in excess of $2 billion of commercial real estate in the past thirty years, including millions of square feet of commercial, residential and hospitality properties in several states throughout the U.S. PRS Development also maintains a keen focus on green building practices. Some of PRS Development's recent projects include:

Brazos Place - Austin, Texas
PRS Development transformed the former Commodore Perry hotel located in downtown Austin into a mixed-used, live-work-play community comprising 75 luxury condominium units and 90,000 square feet of high quality office and retail space.
Capitol Tower - Austin, Texas
PRS Development purchased Capitol Tower in 2006 and is currently repositioning the 172,000 square foot downtown Austin office building through extensive interior and exterior renovations. Located just two blocks from the Texas State Capitol, Capitol Tower is now positioned as one of the premier office buildings in downtown Austin and is an Austin Energy Green Building. At the time of acquisitions, the building was 100% vacant.  PRS Development leased the building up to 100% occupancy by early 2009.
Central Business Park - Southfield, Michigan
Central Business Park is situated on 65 acres in a beautiful park setting and features over 800,000 square feet of office, warehouse and "flex" combination space in one of Metro Detroit's premier suburbs. PRS Development has recently added four new Class A R&D/Flex buildings to the campus and created a 13,000 square foot retail marketplace.
Birmingham Place - Birmingham, Michigan
PRS Development purchased and redeveloped this mixed-use building in the heart of downtown Birmingham, the premier urban/suburban market in Metro Detroit. PRS Development overhauled the lobby and exterior, converted its residential apartments into 141 exclusive condominium units, and renovated 100,000 square feet of Class A office and retail space.
Oakland Air - Waterford, Michigan
Following its purchase of an established FBO and hangar facilities at Oakland County International Airport, PRS Development began a three phase expansion that - when complete - will feature over 150,000 square feet of hangar space, 12 acres of ramp area, a 26,000 square foot covered portico and well-appointed passenger and pilot lounges and conference rooms. Since its acquisition in 2004, Oakland Air has increased the number of aircraft it services by 300%.

PRS Management maintains institutional quality standards for management and reporting and has significant experience across a wide range of property types including commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, and multifamily.

PRS Asset Management identifies, develops and executes creative solutions to enhance the value of real estate.
